Frequently asked questions
exchange service
What's the fee for the exchange service?
The administration fee amounts to 16 euro per ticket.
How much can I ask/pay for a ticket in the exchange service?
When you resell a ticket, keep in mind that in Belgium it is prohibited by law to charge more than the official ticket price + service fee when reselling festival tickets. If you do ask a higher price, the person who buys the ticket from you can claim this surplus from you. Moreover, if a complaint is filed, you can be fined up to €10,000.
Can I pass on a Food & Drink voucher via the ticket exchange service?
No, you can just give or sell your voucher to someone else. No identity checks are carried out on Food & Drink vouchers. The first person to present the voucher at the box office will be issued the food & drink tickets.
How does the Official Ticket Exchange Service work?
Thanks to the official exchange service, ticket holders who are unable to attend Pukkelpop will be able to offer their tickets online at the official price from 1 August. Our secure PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page is a virtual meeting place for people who are looking to buy or sell an official Pukkelpop ticket. Tickets offered through the exchange service keep the initial camping.
You can use the PKP Ticket Meet-Up Page when:
1) You found someone who wants your ticket and you want to change the name on that ticket
2) You're looking for someone to take over your ticket;
3) You are searching for a ticket.

Campsite regulations
WE CARE A LOT
Pukkelpop is a festival where everyone is welcome, this also includes our campsites. Transgressive behavior - and by this we mean any form of verbal or physical violence, vandalism, bullying, unwanted sexual acts, harassment, racism and/or discrimination - will not be tolerated. In case of problems: our security people, staff and the aid workers of Flemish Cross are always ready to help. You can also contact the helpdesk at your campsite. During festival days, the We Care A Lot hotline will be activated and available 24/7. All info can be found on www.wecarealot.be
NO GLASS
Glass is strictly forbidden on the campsites. So leave that glass jar of sandwich spread or peanut butter you love at home. If you do bring one, it will disapear in a glass container without hesitation. This also holds true for glass refills for e-cigarettes - find a non-glass alternative.
NO NEED TO KNOCK
All official PKP campsites are open day and night from Thursday 9 a.m. to Monday noon.
SIZE MATTERS
All tents are allowed, except party tents larger than 3x3m and large army tents. We make no statements about tents in pants. As long as everything is done with consistent consent. (See also: We Care A Lot)
LEAVE THE MUSIC TO US
All music systems, sound amplifying boxes, speakers, etc. are, out of respect for the peace and quiet of your fellow campers and our neighbors, forbidden. Forbidden means not allowed. Not allowed as in 'no, you may not bring a sound box'. If you do, the organization will take it off you and is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of that sound box. Having your Mom or Dad send an angry email afterwards is completely pointless.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY
At our camping grounds, you may bring your own food and drinks. But please, don’t overdo it, keep it decent and use your common sense. Also, it is forbidden to offer alcohol to under-16 year olds and it is forbidden to offer spirits to under-18 year olds.
CULINARY AMBITIONS?
Great! However, do note that all kinds of gas burners, gas cans, stoves and fittings, esbit stoves, barbecues, candles, torches, fire pits, etc. are not allowed. There will be checks at the entrance to the campgrounds, so please leave those items at home. You can heat up your food (or your mom's) at one of the food islands.
WHEELED OBJECTS
- YES: foldable camping carts that can be stored in your tent, retractable box carts.
- NO: wooden camping carts or big camping carts that cannot be stored in your tent, shopping carts, wheelbarrows, etc. (with the exception of aids for people with disabilities) destroy the ground and are therefore prohibited.
LUCY IN THE SKY WITH DRONES
Drones, fireworks, inappropriate behavior and anything else that may be considered dangerous by the campground organizers and operators: leave.it.at.home!
BLING BLING
All campsites are supervised, but do not bring expensive items. Don't leave anything of value in your tent either. Use lockers to store valuables.
BOB THE BUILDER
Sticks, spades, (cutting) pliers, wrenches, drills, hammers, saws, screwdrivers, in short, any (heavy-duty) tools, are not allowed.
JAY! FURRY COMPANY!
Pets are very pleasant and comforting, but do not belong at a music festival. Animals (except companion dogs) will be taken directly to the shelter, the minimum cost for this is €125.
ICE CREAM AND WHIPPED CREAM
Dry ice and whipped cream cartridges-where shall we begin-,in short: no and no.
NOT A JOKE
You are probably the most entertaining one at home anyway so possession and use of mouhahahahahahaha laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is prohibited.
COWBOYS
Possession of weapons and drugs is prohibited by law. If possession is suspected, the police, without exception, will be notified immediately. It is also best to leave your bong or water pipe at home.
EXIT = EXIT
Keep emergency exits and fire passages clear at all times. Tents placed in front of a passageway will be removed.
... AND THEN SOME MORE THINGS!
- Remember your Recycling Deposit and that you have promised at home to leave your campground in its original condition.
- It is prohibited to possess, use or sell drugs. Any violation may result in denial of access to the campground and festival.
- You may not trade goods on and around the festival grounds and camping areas without permission from the organization.
- Setting fire to tents or other items (why?!) is considered arson; therefore a crime that can lead to prosecution.
- The organization cannot be held responsible for theft, damage and/or accidents on and around the festival grounds and camping areas. on and around the festival grounds and camping areas.
